www.collegeboard.org  This site has great tips for college and an excellent search engine to find the school that is right for you.

www.petersons.com   This is a site that has all types of information from finding a college to paying for college.

www.naviance.com   This site contains a great college search engine.  Chillicothe high school has purchased Naviance for students to use. 

www.nces.ed.gov/collegenavigator      This federal website contains more information about colleges than anywhere else on the internet.  You can put in your own criteria to search the school that is right for you.

www.collegeresults.org  This website breaks down graduation rates of schools by 4, 5, and 6 years as well as graduation rate by gender and ethnicity.

www.collegeconfidential.com This website has a lot of discussion threads on particular aspects of college life from dorm rooms to food.

www.chegg.com/schools  This website uses features borrowed from Facebook.  A student can create a profile that goes beyond test scores and grades to find intriguing schools he/she normally wouldn't consider.

www.unigo.com Tells you what you really want to know from students attending the schools. 

www.campustours.com  Virtual tours of hundreds of different colleges.

www.princetonreview.com  College searches and test prep for college entrance exams.

www.collegexpress.com  This website is a great free resource for finding scholarships and colleges.

www.collegeview.com/index.jsp  College search and financial aid/scholarship finder.

https://collegescorecard.ed.gov/   This site, by the U.S. Department of Education, helps you compare different colleges based on size, cost and location.
